What you'll do

• Serve as the primary HR partner to leaders across supported sites and remote teams
• implement company-wide HR programs and policies
• coach managers and deliver People Leader training
• assist with hourly recruiting
• lead workplace investigations and the ADA interactive process
• advise on discipline and separations
• support multi-state employment compliance and reporting
• own safety programs and OSHA records
• manage workers’ compensation and return-to-work
• review payroll and audit payroll, benefits, and HRIS data
• manage performance review cycles, new-hire check-ins, exit interviews, and HR metrics
• collaborate with the HR Generalist and Director.
