- Coordinate project designs, scope, deliverables, schedules, and milestones with stakeholders and vendors. Manage regional 4G/5G macro construction, cell-site modifications, expansions, reconfigurations, and upgrades
- track schedule changes and corrective actions

- review closeout packages
