What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• support mealtimes, recreation, and daily routines
• respond to resident needs and call lights
• assist with transfers and positioning using safe techniques
• perform light housekeeping
• monitor health and behavior and report changes to nursing or leadership staff
• build supportive relationships with residents and families
• encourage participation in social and wellness activities.
