What you'll do

• Lead field supervision, subcontractor coordination, and workforce management on assigned ground-up commercial projects.
• Develop and manage schedules, coordinate meetings, oversee site safety and quality, assist with RFIs and project planning, manage punch lists and closeout, and coordinate inspections and approvals.
• Work with the Project Manager and project stakeholders to keep work on schedule, within budget, and aligned with contract specifications.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction engineering, or a related field; 5–7 years of commercial construction experience; proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction software; and a valid driver’s license. Frequent travel is required.
