What you'll do

• Provide rehabilitative support to adults in group living environments

• implement treatment plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance
• transport residents to appointments and community activities
• advocate for residents and model healthy coping strategies
• maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete documentation.
