What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• identify interest in auto, home, renters, life, and business insurance
• generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for licensed team members
• follow up with interested prospects
• maintain call and prospect records in agency systems
• coordinate timely follow-up
• support marketing and business development initiatives
• follow telemarketing regulations and agency procedures.
