The Marketing Officer, Content & Community Engagement role is hybrid in Frederick, MD, with close proximity to South Central Pennsylvania or Northern Maryland. Compensation is $26.11–$33.65 per hour. The role supports ACNB Bank’s marketing team and represents the bank across its Pennsylvania and Maryland communities. This position creates and distributes content that strengthens the bank’s brand, supports business objectives, and engages audiences across digital and traditional channels. It also builds community relationships and shares stories about ACNB’s products, people, customers, and community impact.

What you'll do

• Develop and distribute written, visual, video, and multimedia content
• manage social media and digital content
• monitor engagement metrics
• assist with website updates and marketing initiatives
• represent ACNB at community events
• build relationships with customers, community partners, and internal stakeholders
• coordinate with business lines and Corporate Relations
• travel regularly throughout the listed Pennsylvania and Maryland counties.
