What you'll do

• Clean and prepare parts for painting
• mix and apply primers, paints, and industrial coatings according to product instructions
• safely operate and maintain spray guns, paint-booth equipment, and related tools
• move parts using appropriate lifting devices
• ensure surfaces are coated and finished
• inspect parts for defects
• clean and maintain painting equipment
• report equipment issues, defective parts, or quality concerns
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work area and follow company safety procedures.
