What you'll do

• Develop and execute professional-services category and sourcing strategies
• partner with stakeholders to define needs, scope work, set evaluation criteria, and recommend sourcing approaches
• analyze spend, market conditions, supplier capabilities, and total cost of ownership
• lead competitive sourcing events and supplier selection
• negotiate service agreements, statements of work, pricing, service levels, and renewals
• manage contract lifecycle activities
• monitor supplier performance and contractual commitments
• assess and mitigate supplier and operational risks
• report on sourcing activity, savings, performance, and market trends
• advance process improvement, demand management, supplier consolidation, and cost optimization.
