Automotive Center Manager

What you'll do

• Welcome customers and explain services and pricing
• keep waiting customers informed
• review service orders and explain services performed
• resolve complaints and damage claims
• hire, train, schedule, evaluate, and supervise employees
• prepare payroll and maintain employee files
• oversee service bay activities, sales and inventory reports, cash handling, deposits, closeout, and paperwork
• maintain inventory, site cleanliness, safety, equipment, and records
• solicit fleet accounts and plan local marketing.
