Job overview

The Behavior Technician (BT) role is onsite in children’s homes in the Revere, MA area, with pay of $20–$30 per hour. Applied ABC’s provider network supports patient families on their journeys with autism and provides family-focused care. Working under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the technician implements one-to-one behavioral intervention plans, collects session data, and communicates with supervisory staff. The work contributes to therapy services for children with autism and includes continued training in applied behavior analysis techniques.
