What you'll do

• Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking
• operate and adjust powder-coating equipment
• monitor curing processes
• handle components and materials
• inspect coating coverage, finish, and thickness
• report defects
• perform authorized equipment checks and basic maintenance
• maintain supplies, documentation, and a clean, safe work area
• follow safety, environmental, and PPE requirements.
