The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) role is onsite in Stroudsburg, PA. The posting states pay of $15 per hour plus shift differential. Part-time hours are 11 p.m.–7:30 a.m.; full-time hours are 3 p.m.–11 p.m. The role supports residents at Asbury Grace Park, part of Asbury Communities. The PCA assists residents with daily living and personal care, mobility, appointments, activities, and social programs. The role also monitors and records basic health information as instructed and reports variances to the Charge Nurse.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• help residents prepare for and travel to appointments, activities, and social programs
• check vital signs and measure and record weight and height as instructed
• report variances to the Charge Nurse
• assist residents with walking as instructed.
