What you'll do
- Manages a portfolio of 30+ accounts.
- Conducts regular meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Owns GRR and NRR outcomes.
- Monitors customer health indicators and executes mitigation strategies.
- Identifies and develops upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
