Senior Director of Human Resources

What you'll do

• Direct recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, and separations
• manage HR systems and employee records
• oversee benefits programs and vendor relationships
• ensure employment-law compliance
• maintain handbooks, organization charts, policies, and procedures
• manage workers’ compensation claims
• address employee relations and advise managers
• provide coaching and training
• plan staff development
• manage the HR budget
• oversee performance management and compensation programs
• collaborate on compensation reviews and school compensation recommendations
• oversee school employee agreements
• prepare reports and metrics
• manage HR and front-office staff
• lead HR projects.
