The Case Manager — Criminal Justice Client Monitoring role is onsite in San Francisco, California, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Pay is $26.75–$27 per hour. Sentinel provides community-based offender monitoring services in coordination with law enforcement, community corrections agencies, and courts, with a focus on reducing recidivism and supporting reentry.

What you'll do

• Orient participants to the program and explain rules, regulations, and sentence requirements. Set permitted activities and electronic-monitoring schedules
• conduct weekly or biweekly compliance appointments
• review activity documentation and exception reports
• and investigate potential noncompliance. Install or visually inspect monitoring equipment, maintain auditable case files, prepare reports and notices, advise referring agencies of noncompliance, and testify in court when participants do not meet program requirements.
