• Lead a two-person facilities team
• oversee building operations, production equipment, EHS, vendors, fleet, maintenance, and facilities projects
• own preventive maintenance and equipment reliability across production and facility systems
• manage safety programs, inspections, compliance, budgets, projects, and documentation.
