The Maintenance Technician role is onsite at Aldon at Powell & Broad Apartments in Fuquay-Varina, NC, with compensation of $20–$23 per hour. The technician supports apartment community maintenance under the direction of the Property Manager and Service Manager.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, janitorial services, and general repairs to grounds, apartments, and building exteriors
• complete vacant-unit turnover work
• respond to resident service requests
• monitor property safety and curb appeal
• maintain task records and inventory
• and follow safety policies.
