What you'll do

• Manage salaried managers and hourly food-service associates
• direct and evaluate account operations
• interview, hire, train, assign, and evaluate staff and address complaints
• prepare and manage the annual budget
• complete required inventory, cash, production, and payroll reports
• oversee and participate in food and beverage preparation and service
• ensure company food standards, sanitation, safety, HACCP, OSHA, and portion-control requirements are followed.

Why this role
