What you'll do

• Manage network infrastructure, servers, identity services, virtualization, cloud services, and business applications
• deploy technology and manage licensing and purchasing
• provide user support and manage onboarding, access changes, and offboarding
• maintain security controls and monitor systems
• manage vulnerabilities, patching, and incident response
• maintain backup and recovery processes
• manage IT providers and service agreements
• maintain asset records and documentation
• support CMMC/NIST requirements
• report on IT performance and recommend improvements.
