What you'll do

• Train and advise facilities and team members
• ensure compliance with regulations and company policies for case-mix, Medicare, and managed-care payment systems
• analyze processes and payment performance
• audit MDS assessments and supporting documentation
• identify trends and recommend improvements
• liaise with the state on case-mix processes and MDS requirements
• assist with recruitment and interviews for MDS and MMQ vacancies
• conduct record audits.
