Facilities Coordinator

Job overview

The Facilities Coordinator role is onsite in Berkeley, CA, and pays $120,000–$145,000 per year. The position supports facilities operations across Rigetti Computing’s office, laboratory, manufacturing, and support spaces. The role maintains a safe, compliant, clean, and efficient workplace by coordinating maintenance, vendors, projects, records, budgets, and employee requests. It works with Facilities leadership and partners across Security, Environmental Health and Safety, IT, Human Resources, and Finance to resolve operational needs and improve service delivery.

What you'll do

• Coordinate facilities operations and service requests
• schedule preventive and corrective maintenance
• inspect facilities and monitor building systems
• analyze work-order trends
• select and manage vendors and contractors
• lead small and medium facility projects and support larger capital projects
• support safety and regulatory compliance
• coordinate emergency preparedness
• maintain audit-ready records
• process purchase requests and invoices
• track spending, supplies, and facilities metrics
• respond to employee facilities requests.
