What you'll do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of condominium and HOA communities
• facilitate board responsibilities and respond to board requests
• track issues and action items
• maintain knowledge of governing documents and applicable regulations
• coordinate annual budgets
• solicit and compare proposals
• review contracts, invoices, and financial statements
• prepare activity and variance reports
• coordinate with vendors and internal departments.
