What you'll do

• Build salary bands, leveling frameworks, and job architecture
• manage annual compensation cycles, including merit planning, promotions, and bonuses
• benchmark against peer organizations
• design incentive structures
• manage option and RSU programs, grant guidelines, and pool planning
• address 409A valuations, plan governance, and grant administration.

Why this role
