What you'll do

• Oversee IT support, infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, business systems, and custom programs
• lead IT staff and helpdesk delivery
• manage networks, cloud systems, endpoints, and dealership applications
• maintain security controls and incident response
• manage GLBA and PCI compliance documentation and audit evidence
• administer Microsoft 365 and related cloud services
• develop automations
• manage projects, vendors, policies, and IT processes.
