What you'll do

• Handle civil, corporate, and commercial litigation
• manage cases from intake through resolution
• draft pleadings, memoranda, and briefs
• conduct depositions and mediation
• appear in court
• manage a full caseload and meet a minimum 35 billable hours per week.
