What you'll do

• Lead and develop clinical research coordinator, data coordination, and medical records teams
• ensure data management, GCP compliance, and training documentation
• support study acquisition and activation
• maintain efficient patient-care workflows
• review protocols for operational feasibility
• coordinate with regulatory, quality, pharmacy, finance, and other departments
• support CTMS and EHR systems
• lead process improvement and site operations.
