Pay is $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience and certifications. North West Home Care provides in-home care intended to help Montanans remain in their own homes with comfort and security. The PCA supports clients’ independence and quality of life through companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, hygiene and mobility assistance, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments and shopping. The role also coordinates client needs with program managers and may coach and develop others.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship
