The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – PRN Weekends role is onsite in Durham, NC, and pays $20.00–$21.50 per hour. University Health & Rehabilitation Center’s nursing team provides hands-on care to residents and supports their independence. The CNA follows residents’ care plans, assists with daily activities and mobility, monitors health and vital signs, and reports concerns to nurses. The role helps the nursing team deliver individualized, compassionate resident care and maintain a safe living environment.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized care according to resident care plans
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, transfers, positioning, and mobility
• monitor health status and vital signs and report changes to nurses
• engage residents in social and recreational activities
• maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
