What you'll do

• Inspect, maintain, and repair processing and packaging equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues affecting production and support uptime during pack season. Perform preventive maintenance and document work accurately. Work on sorters, encoders, and other mechanical systems
• support equipment rebuilds, installations, and upgrades. Follow food-safety, GMP, and safety standards and collaborate with mechanics and production teams.

Why this role

Pack season is approximately July through September, with 12-hour shifts and typical weekly hours around 60; off-pack season is approximately October through June on a Monday–Thursday 4x10 schedule. Day shift is 5:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; night shift is 5:30 p.m.–6:00 a.m. Cannery experience is helpful but not required.
