Real Estate Development Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage site and land development projects
• coordinate acquisition due diligence and technical studies
• review civil, geotechnical, traffic, environmental, utility, and other project information
• coordinate consultants and regulatory agencies
• manage zoning, entitlements, permits, and municipal approvals
• track schedules, budgets, applications, and project documentation
• attend meetings and hearings
• report project status to leadership.
