Registered Nurse — Home Health

What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes
• conduct assessments and monitor health status
• administer medications and perform wound care, injections, and other ordered treatments
• develop, implement, and update care plans
• complete clinical documentation, including OASIS when applicable
• report significant changes
• coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• maintain a safe environment during home visits.
