What you'll do

• Oversee rental and counter-sale operations, revenue objectives, inventory, invoicing, collections, and staff development
• prepare annual business plans and forecasts
• manage branch safety, productivity, customer service, and profitability
• oversee OSHA and environmental compliance and records
• maintain equipment utilization
• oversee sales initiatives and revenue recording
• review operating reports and budgets
• maintain rental contracts, inspection reports, and insurance certificates
• arrange fleet movement
• manage personnel matters and performance reviews
• control inventory and shrink
• maintain equipment maintenance programs
• report branch activities and KPIs
• communicate equipment and operational issues
• maintain internal and vendor relationships
• travel up to 25%.
