What you'll do

• Source, recruit, and present candidates for direct-hire positions
• build client and candidate relationships
• coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, and close placements
• write job advertisements and develop sourcing strategies
• screen candidates and assess qualifications
• participate in job fairs and build college and university partnerships
• identify cross-selling and new business opportunities
• travel to client sites as needed, up to 25%.
