SEC Reporting Manager

What you'll do

• Lead preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
• coordinate quarterly and annual reporting
• prepare and review financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A
• manage disclosure checklists
• coordinate cross-functional information gathering and external audits
• review XBRL tagging
• support SOX controls and reporting process improvements.
