The Licensed Therapist (LCSW) — Part Time role is onsite in Miami, FL. Pay is $30.78–$40.24 per hour. The position supports the Behavioral Health Care Center at Community Health of South Florida. The therapist provides individual and group counseling, assessments, and brief problem-oriented counseling to address clients’ therapeutic needs. The role monitors client progress, coordinates care and discharge planning, and contributes to treatment-team work and behavioral health services.

What you'll do

• Provide individual and group counseling to adults and adolescents and their families
• conduct psychosocial assessments
• facilitate education and counseling groups
• consult with clinicians, primary health physicians, and staff
• participate in treatment teams and family education
• coordinate discharge plans
• monitor client needs, goals, and progress
• maintain documentation, confidentiality, and required reports.
