What you'll do

• Provide pulmonary and critical care consultation and medical management
• evaluate and treat respiratory failure and complex pulmonary conditions
• manage ventilation and weaning
• coordinate with respiratory therapy and interdisciplinary teams
• communicate with patients and families
• support transitions of care, documentation, quality improvement, and patient safety.
