What you'll do

• Manage accounts receivable invoicing, payment posting, account balances, past-due follow-up, and customer records.
• Manage accounts payable invoice entry, matching, payment scheduling, and vendor records.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements, prepare journal entries, assist with month-end close and reporting, coordinate year-end and tax requests with the CPA, and support job costing.
