What you'll do

• Lead and support clinic staff
• oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow
• monitor clinical documentation, compliance, and productivity
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management
• conduct chart audits
• ensure staffing coverage and approve PTO requests
• support therapists, staff, patients, and families
• address patient and parent concerns
• maintain knowledge of referrals, authorizations, scheduling, and treatment workflows
• collaborate with the Regional Director on clinic goals.
