What you'll do

• Supervise shift supervisors
• support building operations
• ensure daily client-room inspections
• monitor logging and storage of client property
• coordinate with the Director of Social Services on client adherence to Westhab and DHS mandates
• supervise random locker and room searches
• inspect the facility for hazards, trespassers, illegal activity, and staff performance
• participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• monitor reception and security staff and provide crisis intervention
• maintain logs and reports
• prepare schedules and monitor attendance and timesheets
• assist with fire drills and emergencies
• participate in hiring and train new employees.
