What you'll do

• Analyze application workflows and recommend, document, implement, and maintain improvements
• install software updates and patches
• test changes and monitor system performance
• triage support tickets and conduct root-cause analysis
• gather requirements and develop data mappings, documentation, and test plans
• coordinate vendor defects, enhancements, and implementation schedules
• design automation, integration, scripting, reporting, and workflow solutions
• support regulatory compliance and organizational standards.
