Regional Center Director (BCBA)

The Regional Center Director (BCBA) role is an onsite position in Greenville, NC, with leadership across the regional team. Base salary is $100,000–$115,000 per year, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and potential annual performance bonus incentives of up to 20%. The role supports Key Autism Services’ Greenville Center and regional team. The director provides clinical, operational, and strategic leadership across center-based and in-home services. The role develops clinical teams, oversees quality and compliance, and supports center performance and growth while advancing high-quality, ethical applied behavior analysis services.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor BCBAs and clinical teams
• oversee clinical quality and compliance
• supervise BCBAs and support behavior technicians
• review treatment plans, assessments, session notes, and data collection
• oversee incident reports and center operations
• partner with senior leadership on strategy
• support client intake and clinic growth
• be available for emergency calls, texts, and emails during and outside company hours.
