What you'll do

• Interview customers and process banking transactions
• service installment loans, checking, savings, certificates of deposit, and individual retirement accounts
• open accounts, make loans, cross-sell services, and resolve problems
• contact customers to develop business and meet loan and deposit goals
• review overdrawn accounts
• receive deposits, cash checks, accept loan payments, and sell bank products
• answer calls, balance cash and negotiable items, and assist with branch opening and closing.
