What you'll do

• Live in the residence hall and help supervise students and enforce program rules
• serve as a positive role model
• provide tutoring, guidance, and mentorship
• supervise on- and off-campus activities
• assist with evening and weekend recreation
• maintain student progress reports and documentation
• perform residence hall office duties
• attend staff meetings and training
• maintain confidentiality.
