What you'll do

• Clean garage floors, carports, pool and patio areas, elevator entries, corridors, and pool restrooms
• empty trash and replace liners
• clean chute rooms
• restock restrooms
• operate power-washing and floor-care equipment
• replace public-area lightbulbs
• monitor grill-station propane
• use PPE and follow chemical-storage and restricted-room safety rules.
