The role supports kitchen service by preparing and cooking food, maintaining quality and safety, and helping teammates keep preparation and service areas organized and supplied.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook tacos, sides, and proteins
• follow food safety, cleanliness, and quality procedures
• keep prep, line, and dish areas organized
• restock and rotate ingredients
• communicate with teammates
• receive and put away deliveries
• support the team where needed.
