What you'll do

• Provide executive leadership for cardiovascular service-line operations
• develop and implement plans to expand and enhance services
• oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and quality benchmarks
• collaborate with physicians and clinical leaders on patient-centered care
• lead performance improvement and monitor quality and outcome metrics
• recruit, develop, and retain teams
• strengthen relationships with providers, staff, and community partners.
