What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for assigned employee-benefits clients
• manage complex accounts
• assess client needs
• coordinate plan implementations, renewals, and changes with carriers
• advise on cost management and benefit options
• gather and analyze renewal quotes
• assist with enrollments, terminations, COBRA, billing, and claims
• explain plans and regulatory changes
• support client meetings and open enrollment
• process renewals and remarketing
• maintain records and prepare client documents.
