What you'll do

• Design and implement Creative Curriculum lesson plans aligned with Ohio’s 2024 Early Learning and Development Standards
• create a safe and developmentally supportive classroom
• use DCY-approved assessment tools including Teaching Strategies GOLD
• communicate with families and conduct goal-setting and conferences
• supervise and coach assistant teachers
• maintain compliance with Ohio DCY licensing and Step Up to Quality Gold standards
• participate in training
• maintain classroom records, assessment documentation, and compliance files.
