Associate Attorney – Personal Injury

What you'll do

• Meet with clients, build trust, and document facts related to liability, damages, and coverage
• direct investigations and gather evidence
• assess insurance coverage
• prepare cases for trial and evaluate settlement value
• negotiate with adjusters
• file suit when necessary
• prepare pleadings and discovery
• plan for trial, mediation, or arbitration
• review and sign team-drafted correspondence
• collaborate to move cases efficiently.
